It is our mission to support, empower, and create opportunities with and for the Black travel community.
We’ve cultivated an ecosystem by creating entertaining and groundbreaking events inspired by Black travel culture, and by bridging Black travel businesses, career and entrepreneurial professionals, and influencers with all members of the tourism supply chain.
The Black Travel Summit is passionate about disseminating knowledge on destinations, cultures, trends, and travel products & services that are inclusive of people of color.
Founded in 2019, the Black Travel Summit hosts year-round events celebrating the Black travel movement, with an emphasis on identifying leaders in the Black travel community and fostering partnerships between Black travel professionals, influencers and all members of the tourism supply chain. Attendees come together during monthly webinars, quarterly mini-summits, and a multi-day annual summit and celebration of the African Diaspora.
BTS is passionate about providing a platform for leaders to discuss the Black travel experience and future in travel, travel tech, effective DE&I, B2B engagement, diversifying marketing strategies for the Black traveler, celebrations of our achievements, and uplifting Black-owned organizations.
